You're entire rant here, reminds me of when the workers at McDonalds were protesting, and this person came on saying they've been flipping burgers for 10+yrs, didn't want a promotion, just wanted to keep doing what they do, flipping burgers, BUT, they "needed" it to be "fair" pay, so they could buy a home, a new car, go on vacations, have the life they want, but, flipping burgers..... 

There is a large country wedding venue nearby, so I think the property could be promoted as a place for family members of the wedding to stay or as a secluded getaway location.

Not promoting redfin at all but there listing on MLS at least in southern california includes all the bells and whistles other agents are offering.

I'd then create a post on BiggerPockets saying where you are from and that you're looking for advice on how to find an ethical mentor in your area.This will help promote you with other people who have keywords set up for your area.

I am not in the business of attempting to promote illegal or unethical behavior, and to my knowledge, never have intentionally done that.

Every time I have posted anything about my company or what my team does I get flagged by the bigger pockets police and they block my account claiming self promotion.

If I am working with a chain of marketers/promoters/wholesalers, do we need a specific document in place to market each others properties?

My wife works as a General Manager for a top food franchise, earning about 50-60k a year with some potential for bonus and promotion.

Additionally, they were promoting a speaker that was coming for two all day sessions, and the price for that was very reasonable as well.  

He is a master marketer, has a full time assistant who schedules and promotes the meetup.
