1.25 Acre land Still figuring out what to do with it..

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was very cheap , and for a long time I wanted something secluded.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The seller called.. The seller how no clue how much it was worth.. me neither cos comps were very hard to get

Lessons there is a lot of cheap land out there!! and affordable!!
