That said, the limited liability protections of an LLC should be used in conjunction with other tools and techniques to provide yourself with a comprehensive asset protection plan.

Follow-up question: does the search seem to be comprehensive enough to where you feel it's searching all court records fully?

A classic chestnut (dated but comprehensive) is Landlording by Leigh Robinson, for example...  

I can honestly say it was worth every penny.Ben's program gives you a super comprehensive overview of real estate from just about every angle I can think of: Economic, Financial, Technical, Tax, Creative, Long-term Planning, etc.

Also look at Scottmans guide that's a pre comprehensive list of lenders all over the country and what they lend on etc..
