Information sources for lending options

I have set the goal to begin investing in multi-family real estate in 2019. I wIll likely start wIth 3-6 unit properties. I’m looking for information on my different loan optIons. Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, conventional loans, commercial loans, etc. If you have recommendatIons for blogs, websites, podcasts pERSONAL EXPERIENCES or any other informative sources it would be greatly appreciated.

that's exactly were I get mine.. when I go to title company in our area I walk into guild mortage and swipe a month old one. 

they do list nationwide HML ers though loan limits rates etc contact info.. much better than the scammers we see on BP LOL
