So I’ve recently came upon a great two bed room that’s 900 a month with utilities included.

Would be great to not have to do anything other than hand over the keys and change the billing for utilities.

What would you do to utilize these types of deals?

Give me 8-10 class A-B SFHs utilizing a recast strategy that parks me into a comfortable retirement and I’m sleeping well at night.

In the contract I will request that the tenant pay the utility bills.
