Offer to purchase agreement with assignment clause

I am completely new to wholesaling and am trying to find the right purchase agreement form with an assignment clause to utilize for my deals. Does anyone have a sample document I can see? Or how I should go about getting the proper form/forms? Thank you all in advance.
