If there’s any one who mentors/coaches on how to flip I’m interested!

Hey Junior, I am a commercial real estate loan broker and fund commercial deals as my business. 

We are looking to gain as much knowledge and guidance as we can from such a staggering collection of professionals and mentors in our chosen area to build a more financially solid foundation for our future retirement.  

Having the right tools and mentors in place will also go a long way.Networking is very important. 

(specifically investing) Since I am new to all of this, and don’t actually have any deals under my belt, I’m looking to start networking and hopefully find a mentor to help me along the way to securing/completing my first deal.

Someone only "mentors" for money if their return is better doing that than it is doing deals.

Mostly looking to build a friendship, find a mentor, or even find a partner out of it, someone who I can learn from and also network with to find other investors and possible friends or partners!

One critical recommendation I would add, before finding the deal or financing or running numbers, find a mentor.
