But like I said, to get an electric bill close to $500 for July when we're already at the lower summer seasonal rental rates makes it really difficult to make any money at all....I guess it's better than being empty.

Because of high property taxes, it is difficult to cash flow on a 1% rule rental.I don't know about other parts of Texas, but DFW is not really a cash flow market anymore unless you are in the C and D neighborhoods.
