I'm hoping I can add value to as many fellow members as I can as well as soak up as much as I can.I think I have a bit of a unique situation and would like some advice from anyone who thinks they can help.

I have already started to soak up all the great info here on BP. 

Nice to see a planted seed start to sprout. :-) Communal living on one side would mean that you could self-manage and not have to give up one of the bedrooms for an in-house manager, and yet not actually have to live with the students.It would have been extraordinary if you had found seller financing.

Which lead me here, where I'm going to try and soak in as much as I can, and hopefully meet some intelligent people who are willing to help.

I'm good man thanks for asking, and yeah everyone on here is  knowledgeable and I'm just trying to soak up all the knowledge I can.

I've been here for a few months, trying to soak up everything BP members put out.  

That is inspiring :) We are soaking in all this information on RE Investing, being a landlord, and loving it too. 

We are newcomers to Real Estate Investing and are soaking up as much knowledge as we can to build our business plan and take action on our path to financial freedom.

I am sitting in a similar position to you, but perhaps 2 years behind, working a great full-time job, working on my MBA and business plan while soaking up everything I can here on BP (my background is in architecture/sustainability).
