Hello All! I am new to the BP website and the forums but my girlfriend and I listen to the podcasts about as regularly as we watch HGTV for our Real Estate investing education. We are both very excited to be learning the business and we are both hoping to make it a full-time job some day. We are newcomers to Real Estate Investing and are soaking up as much knowledge as we can to build our business plan and take action on our path to financial freedom. As I am learning the business, I am working a full time job in wireless security. I would like to start using more of my free time not only to learn about RE investing but also to start raising capital to put toward our first investment property. I am currently looking for a part-time job opportunity related to Real Estate, contracting, or house flipping etc. I have several years of computer experience and can help with marketing, basic data entry, or physical work on houses. I would love to learn more about the contracting side of the business to develop the skills it may take to flip houses. Ultimately, I want to focus on the investment and business side of things, but I know that having the ability to work on houses is invaluable. If there any Real Estate Agents, employers, General contractors, home inspectors etcetera in the Northern VA area that are following this thread or if you know someone that is looking for reliable and inexpensive part time help on a project or odd job, Please let me know.
