I'm hooked on the podcast and recently started reading through the forums, but to be honest I'm not even sure what I'm looking for yet, just trying to soak it all in.  

Thanks  @Jill DeWit I am still in the beginner course soaking up tons of information and notes still not sure what niches to focus on but I'll get there.

Right now we are just trying to soak up as much information as possible so we can eventually pull the trigger on our first property.

So basically I'm here to soak up as much information as I can and just learn from other's experiences; both successes and failures.

Many thanks to you all for the input, everyday learn more, I feel like a sponge soaking up all the useful information I glean from the minds of bigger pockets

After that we'll have gained a good bit of experience and confidence and have at least a bit of seed money on hand for the next undertaking.Lots of questions, I know.

Instead take the time to read the Wholesale forum here and soak up the free info.

If my company wont fund my loan because of my job I think I'll have more problems than getting a loan haha :)Theres just so much to soak in on this forum I have been trying to learn it all.
