I have the book got it for free from Preston himself. It's basic wholesale knowledge you can learn for free here so there isn't anything you can't learn from the book than you can learn here at BP for free.
So in retrospect I wouldn't spend the $50 he charges for that ebook. Instead take the time to read the Wholesale forum here and soak up the free info.
