In some markets a site like apartments.com is most popular, while others get a lot of activity from Zillow or Hotpads.My recommendation is to try and find out which sites have the most activity in your market, then try to advertise on several of them to maximize exposure.

Reason being is that I planned on listing all my houses under contract on the MLS to increase exposure BUT if you have your license, you're more susceptible to getting fined or having your license revoked because of Net Listings.

Hey Ray, I think a good exposure to the world of appraisers would be great, but going through the rigors of becoming a full blown appraiser would be more work than it's worth, strictly from the standpoint of a real estate investor.

To me the USPS has to be on that list, followed by Dollar General (especially in this climate), and then food and beverages like Starbucks, which has been closing stores, but nearly always occupies nice buildings, and finally banks especially ones with no exposure to CRE lending :)
