Another vote here for Michael Blank's SDA - I've tried 5+ others, but this one seemed to be the most comprehensive so far. 

Propertyware is pretty comprehensive, dynamic and efficient.  

I recommend before diving too deeply into one platform that you take an overview of all of them.

It is a little more at $40 but seems quite comprehensive, if they do what they say they do - especially checking for an eviction history.Diane

There is a Zillow Rentals app that cluster maps for-rent prices but not on a per-bedroom rate, and many listings come from different sources... so there is a need for an efficient, comprehensive gathering of this information.If you could set something up to syndicate rental data, you could really pinpoint areas to target in a given market.

Hi, I'm a college student who is trying to develop a very detailed and comprehensive financial model to analyze buy and hold rental real estate investments in about a year when I have my first job.  

I’m in the middle of reading Coons Asset Protection book right now.It seems his value proposition is highest from the standpoint of him being teamed up with the guys formerly under BossOffice for comprehensive asset protection/tax planning.I haven’t seen that they make available any of their templates.Lastly, Randy Hughes sells his info packages from his site that look to be just as comprehensive as Warda’s for $400-$700.
