Do people have experience with COZY for background checks for potential renters?  It is a little more at $40 but seems quite comprehensive, if they do what they say they do - especially checking for an eviction history.

Additionally, a background check purchased through Cozy will provide results on these points as well: Personal Information, SSN Verification, Sex Offender Search, Terrorist Watchlist Search, National Criminal Search, and County Criminal Search.

One screening report (background check or credit report) can be purchased for $24.99 or both for $39.99. This is a cost that is covered by your tenant, you're not responsible for the price of purchase.
