I've seen some mixed reviews elsewhere on the internet saying that I might not even need a negotiator.  

Just a few random thoughts (I handle Internet Marketing for roughly 14,000 agents in 7 states, so I do have a little experience...)Market, Market, Market... and use EVERY tool that your broker gives you!!!

I'd rather be more free and have often had tip paying jobs, and seasonal positions and independent contractor titles.I thought that internet marketing with Anthony Morrison, and doing Wholesaling was my ticket. 

Took about 20  years off to concentrate on a 9-5 job and looking back on it, regret every moment, but then again, a great resource like BP was not available back then, let alone the internet itself.

Can't trust everything you hear on the internet.

Soliciting money on the internet and limiting the raise to a single state makes absolutely no sense to me.  

I have tried to go at it alone with only having books and the internet to mentor me.
