             HOW DO I GET INVESTORS FOR WEB BASE REAL ESTATE PLATFORM

        I am looking for an investor or investors to start a crowed funding platform and development platform that is web base. We are going to offer the client a truly fix rate of return and we are going to develop and build most of the firm's deals up to 75% for Quality Control Purposes.  I have over 30 years in Real Estate Businesses. I have over 25 years of originating and selling both commercial and residential loans to firms listed on Wall Street. Have 30+ years in Real Estate Development, Building and Management.  In the last 20 years, was part of a team that develop and built single family homes, townhouses, apartments low income to middle income and  hot and cold warehouses up to 200,000 sq. ft.  I have been consultant on 5 to 8 web base sites. And now I would like to move forward and develop one of my own I am 58 years old I am not getting any younger. We will specialize in apartments for low income; student housing; middle and upper class as well 1,000 hard corner strip shopping centers in Texas; Florida and California. With a return 12% fix  for the investors. But this is twist $10.00 is all you need to get in the fund and the funds are lock for 5 years.
