Real estate is a great way to build the wealth that can be sustainable for life even before you retire from a full time career, or keep real estate investing as the sole income and purpose. 

Then retire in 5years and move out there to live and retire and pay 4% tax.

I quickly realized that working for the "man" was not going to give me an early or comfortable retirement.  

*note: My goal isn't to retire at 35 and be lazy for the rest of my life.I am going to build up capital over the next couple decades through networks, connections, real estate, stocks, and pretty much everything else.
