Need Some Help Please

Need some help please, I want to buy a condo in Puerto Rico and put it in a company not sure in LLC or S Corp. The over all goal is move my 3 rental properties from California into the company in PR. Then retire in 5years and move out there to live and retire and pay 4% tax. I know setting up the business structure is the first step.  If anyone can take so time to reach out it would most appreciated. Thanks for your time again. Warmest Reguards, Carlos Silva
