Being an overseas landlord
Hi,
I am looking at retiring soon and moving overseas. I am thinking about renting my two properties and hiring a PM company to manage them.
Does anyone have experience in being an overseas landlord? Or is this just going to be a headache? Cash flow from both properties would be around $500/month.
Thanks!
