It's really funny, I started out months ago thinking exactly what you just said about my partner buying the property and retaining 100% ownership of it and I wound up trying to think about all these other ways of doing it because he doesn't want anything to do with the deal process.

Debt is assumed by contract with a seller with the seller retaining the obligations.

I would retain part of the commission, plus get the MLS access I needed.

Dear landlords,i really need your opinion on this one. there are some agencies here in Philadelphia ( and i assume in other states, as well) that help low-income/section 8 tenants come up with a security deposit. i heard mixed opinions about those agencies, some say it's very hard to prove damages to these agencies, in case one wants to retain the security deposit or portion of it.please, share your experiences, thoughts and opinions.thank you all in advance
