Who's to Blame? Very Irratating
Hello, I recently rehabbed a house to sell and is now pending. When we listed the house, we put in the remarks that the house was sold AS IS. Inspections went fine, and we are about 1 week away from closing, but my realtor only tells me now that he still hasn't received the AS IS addendum yet and the buyer is refusing to sign the AS IS addendum? Who's fault is this and what can I do? I feel like I shouldn't have to worry about this as I specifically told my agent I wanted this to be a As Is sale. Am I over reacting?

This may just be me but I would never list a house that I have rehabbed AS-IS. Why? Because I am confident in the work that my contractors and I have done.
In my opinion, by putting as-is in the listing you are almost always hinting at some sort of defect.
Either way, in this case, if the inspection passed and everything is good then I would not worry too much. Move on with the sale and move on to the next deal!
