I love seeing this brand of hustle!

I replaced all of the appliances with brand new stainless steel Samsung stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and mounted microwave.

For me, I'm just trying to get a sense of whether I'm looking at $100/m because everything is brand new, or $500/m because everything is falling apart.

I invest in exclusively singlewides at the moment, but we buy the land cash and then use a construction loan to install brand new ones.

JPMorgan Chase, Nationwide, Honda, L Brands, Huntington, and Amazon are just a few of the many companies that have thousands of jobs in the city. 

Did I read that right, bring a brand new agent up to "speed" in commercial real estate in 4 weeks????

If life get's in the way and you don't treat each and every unrelated entity as an unrelated entity, you can loose the unrelated concept and they might be able to pierce the shell.As Will pointed out, using the manager LLC to collect and be the public brand is fine.
