The market is dynamistic in nature, so I won't go as far as saying it has permanently changed.Certain factors are playing a major role in the rising prices we are experiencing today such as the move to suburban from urban centers; however, these trends might be short-lived depending on how well people receive the vaccine, literally I mean.

If somehow they are no longer able to provide for their pet (pet friendly property or financially for food/vaccines/etc.), then people should try to find a good home for their pet, not dump it at the pound.

Pets must be up to date on the vaccinations with a signed letter from their vet.  

Also please help me with the other required pet related prerequisties (like vaccinations history, behavioral aspects etc.) that landlord needs to be make sure while screening tenant with pets.

By January we will likely have a vaccine and none of this will be necessary, except maybe an additional stimulus check to help get us out of recession.

I’d basically be entirely wiped out and have to file for bankruptcy if I default and have to sell the house.Again, seems a bit crazy but then again when was the last time we saw a pandemic with 20% unemployment, with fiscal stimulus aimed at simply bridging a short term gap, with no long term plan in place (ie vaccine takes years to both develop, manufacture, and distribute globally and 70% of domestic GDP is based on the service side of the economy).
