I spoke with quite a few people that were more than willing to share their insight,goals and resources.Very refreshing and encouraging!       

Just have to be disciplined to get through the material by yourself :) which reminds me, I need to get back to it ... lol.I also bought an audio book (Florida Sales Associate Prelicensing Key Point Review) to listen to on the go to to refresh myself on all the chapters.  

ArticleId=659 One great point Mike makes in the video report (corny as his intro is) is that capex isn't just for roofs, HVAC and repaving the parking lot, it also includes refreshing the property with new/updated amenities to keep it competitive.

I think the thought was nice, and it's refreshing to see people who actually care about their tenants, but unfortunately this country has become addicted to suing eachother over everything.

Do I need to refresh your mind that we once featured you on one of our Note Closer's Video that helped you raise funds?

For renewals, one thing that we found that rewarded the tenant and helped us keep up with maintenance was to offer to paint refresh the main living area or kitchen or room of their choice, and to offer to shampoo the high traffic areas of their carpet, or as much as they wanted done for carpet.. 

I don't have much time to contribute but I'd be happy to pitch in some money for refreshments or venue costs.  

It is quite refreshing actually.

It is SO refreshing to discuss differences of opinion, on the Internet yet, without it degrading into childish name-calling or other pettiness.

Anyway..I always like to go back and listen to the older podcasts & refresh on info that I may have missed out on.
