Good evening BP! Who's watching the first legit game of the NBA Finals? No? ok! Anyway..I always like to go back and listen to the older podcasts & refresh on info that I may have missed out on. This time I was listening to the great Podcast 8 with @Al Williamson as he went over his "hustle landlording" techniques. I enjoyed listening how he strives to make extra money side hustling, constantly looking for that extra dollar to put toward his investments.

Questions that came to mind was how does one approach the payment aspect of a side hustle? For example, if you figure out how to make an extra few bucks on laundry, wifi, or parking for each tenant in a multi-fam. Do you create an entire new rental agreement & include it in the rent payment? This seems like the best route, just interested to hear how everyone approaches it. Also, If you rent out parking spaces to nearby businesses, what would be the best path to take to ensure payment? Thanks everyone!
