@Enrique Saucedo, I did a substantial amount of remodeling on all of the units.The first 7 units, in Mountain View had essentially the same level of work: New flooring, new oak kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new toilets, new tile, grounding of electrical outlets, sheet rock, paint, new fixtures.

I padded the repair costs a little because some of the repairs have water damage that won't truly be revealed until we start ripping sheet rock out, but I was not unreasonable. 

We live in Charlotte so my target is Blowing Rock/Boone for convenience to Charlotte, skiing in the winter, cooler temps in the summer, etc.  

I checked into what I thought was two on a lot in Little Rock, AR:  6618 and 6630 West 30th Street.  

@Danny Wu - thanks and best of luck to you too@Dave Bolduc- I have been researching the East Rock area as a potential invest location but find the swift changes from neighborhood to neighborhood difficult to judge without knowing the area better.

@Jacob White My wife and I are heading to the razorback game in Little Rock this year.

The two neighbors that we've met have both complained about them, saying they smoke marijuana in the garage and are generally "rowdy" (kids throwing rocks at cars, garage seems to be some sort of default "hangout") in an otherwise nice family neighborhood.  

Hello We recently bought a home in Round Rock, Tx, 78681, 3200 sq SFH that we are struggling to get rented for 7 weeks now and couldn't find a suitable tenant.
