I've never heard of SEO.

The answer is SEO.

People simply regurgitate this because they heard it from others over and over and over again.The absolute best way to get leads (other than SEO) is do to paid ads.

SEO is EASY!!!

You can use paid ads to get some traffic in the interim, but SEO is what will keep that traffic.

@Jerryll Noorden is my SEO advisor and he is the best but wholesaling has more parts to it than just SEO.
