With everything going on with the coronavirus, I've just been saving all the money we can and learn as much as possible to prepare for when there is an opportunity. 

I have been browsing post on the Coronavirus and I frequently see comments and posts claiming the government is not protecting landlords and only seek to guard the rights of tenants.

Without Corona virus, we would have likely started this in June. 

Hello everyone, I'm looking into investing in real state for the first time but I would like to know yall's perspective on how the forecast looks like for the real state market due to the coronavirus and its effects.

Right now, volume in the stock market (for instance) is DOUBLE what it was before the coronavirus. 

Then Coronavirus begin ramping up in earnest.

Imagine that none of the vaccines work, and we spend the next four years going in and out of Sheltering at home because wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave of coronavirus keeps coming back

Coronavirus has skyrocketed that number.

If you file a new case in Arkansas between now and July 25, 2020 seeking an eviction, you "are required to affirmatively plead that the property that is the subject of the eviction dispute is not a covered dwelling under the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act)".  

The guidance from the CARES Act on the Coronavirus Distributions (CVD's) is still very vague, but anyone impacted by the virus (forced closure of a business would qualify) is able to access 401k funds up to $100k as a loan that needs to be repaid in the next few years (the details are available in previous threads or online).
