My grandmother lives a few blocks away from the property further into southwest and my church is in the "bottom" as most Philadelphians call this part of west philly. 

We rented the 2nd fl apt to fellow church friends.

I am working with a non profit to rezone a piece of land gifted to them by a church in Longmont to build affordable housing units and the city is open to doing that.

My 23yr old son is graduating from Iowa State in a few months and his church is planting a new church for college kids in Minneapolis this summer and he's going to be helping out with the music program for the startup (unpaid unfortunately).

I just got a great deal on an investment house, I am literally taking it for free, because a lady at my church knew that I know real estate. 

I currently work part-time with a bank and part-time with a church.

I am thinking that the property will be great for church or small subdivision.

We only moved 20 mins away from our old home, but we are now 5-7 mins away from Church and the school.
