@Jerryll Noorden I agree that SEO is a fantastic way to generate leads for numerous reasons.

You have to start somewhere though and here I am.I assume by your post you would suggest more marketing to target inbound leads from motivated sellers through SEO and PPC, which I have experience with as well in my other businesses.

You really should provide a disclaimer that you are “shilling” for Jerryl Norton with a link to his website selling SEO services in your profile.  

Get your own website together and get it set up for robust SEO with someone that actually knows what they're doing (@Jerryll Noorden here on BP).

I know a little about SEO, Cold Calls and other methods of marketing but know I can be educated more on these subjects.

You would have to force it, ... like by asking them to visit your social media accounts.Instead, if you did PPC, Facebook ads, SEO, Content building, Build a Website with that money, your traffic is pretty much forced to see your web-presence, your authority, your professionalism (if your website is awesome) ON TOP of reaching people asking them if they want to sell... in fact with these venues you don't even need to ask them if they want to sell their house.

I do think it is a great idea to put SEO in the descriptions and to fill them all out.
