If they do, you can also meet with those brokers and ask if they’re looking to hire new agents, what the costs will be and what kind of support and training you’ll get, etc.As an agent you’ll be working for or “under” a broker, so choosing a good one is important and can even make the licensing process smoother for you if you can find a good one before you take the classes and new agent exam.There are a lot of little technicalities like DBR (RI Division of Business Regulation) forms and fees, required Errors and Omissions insurance, etc. and you’ll need to have a broker for some of that so the sooner you identify one you want to work with/for, the better.

If I were you, I'd probably call 3-4 of the closest banks near your property or start with the bank that you bank with, if they have a commercial lending division. 

Do you have to be able to create division by determining the highest and best use of the property and then convey that vision in a way that inspires the team to execute.

One of these LTR is rented to the division of disability in NJ , so don't think that would be problematic at all .The STR is a different story.All my original bookings were cancelled but I was seeing a lot of interest for 30 day long rentals from people  from NYC who wanted to get out and stay someplace quiet as they wait the social distancing out.
