Just came in on the Allegheny Alerts system:

The Fifth Judicial District of Pennsylvania has declared a judicial emergency. As a result, a number of changes have been made impacting every division of the court and including suspension of jury trials in the civil division, restriction of general motions and housing court motions, the rescheduling of arbitration and Board of Viewers hearings, the postponement of all cases in the magisterial district courts, and stays on execution of orders for eviction or possession of residential properties.

Individuals having business before the court are encouraged to read the complete Order of Court: http://j.mp/2Wlfd3w.

we have just been getting mail from magistrates that some of our evictions that were scheduled for March and April pushed to June. I dont understand why they are pushed back to June. I would think they should be scheduling them for May and then if we are still shut down they could be rescheduled for June but thats what we are seeing here in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas..
