Hi wonderful people on BP, my company wants to expand into Memphis TN market hopefully this year. We are a short term rental owner operating company. We want to purchase small apartment building and turn them into hybrid long term and short term model. I'd like to connect with local investors, agents and PMs and get to know this market better!
