My property manager truly dislikes them since the day I told him they gave me a much more reasonable quote than the contractor he recommended me whom I did use on another project...Is it a bad thing that the some fence boards were used if they will be sealed and painted?

Dislike to rent to someone with a roommate and pay separately neither. 1) Need to handle payment twice; 2) their relationship will impact the length they stay and normally will not be long term tenants; 3) certain works will be doubled by this type of tenants.

I dislike marketing and OBHR, but when you are building a business you at least need a basic understanding of those topics and I had to take them as part of my business degree.
