Aloha Everyone! After 3 months of daily podcasts and reading several BP books, I'm finally making the leap to into the forums! The BP community has been an incredible resource for not only RE education but INSPIRATION!

My husband and I have always been interested in RE. We attended our first meetup this past weekend and it was a really great experience. We've had a couple of rental units in the past here in Honolulu, as well as a STR. But, it's very difficult to invest here for long-term buy and hold. Interested in possible flip deals, but we're very interested in looking into some out of state rental properties (SFR or MF), particularly in the midwest where we have a better chance at some cashflow.

Looking forward to learning all I can - without getting "analysis paralysis"!!

Would appreciate any tips or advice. Thanks in advance!
