All a personal choice, it depends on your investment style. 

Whatever it is you do, there is no right or wrong answer it's all what you want to get out of your life, and can't nobody tell you about your life.On some investment stuff: When I was working I saved 30-40% each month in savings, index funds, and other stocks etc,  I bought a house hack property 3/3 in 2012 for 350k  (lived in one bedroom/rented the other two), I bought one of those KB style homes, hella basic and added fancy stuff over time.

Everything seems well however it has screw in style fuse boxes.

One of my personal issues with my profession is schooling is still taught very much like an arts degree in the since of it being very subjective to the professors and what styles are being taught.

Are there other houses in the area for sale that you could tour and note the level of finish/ architectural style?

If you do it the shotgun way, you probably will send 200 offers before you get anything remotely close to becoming a deal.Just know that a lot of people already do this shotgun style and it is very annoying for sellers.

Another option, very “Rich Dad Poor Dad” style, is to buy an asset to pay off the liability.

The first thing we did was renovate the rooms with Western style amenities, added a new gate and enclosed the property with a new wall.
