That basically annihilated any profit I had dreamed of for the month of january. 

It have always been a dream.

The deal is I buy her a home and i can then chase my dreams in the real estate world. with years of eliminating debts and shooting my credit score to the roof I am finally ready to do so.We have came across a home in her home town fredonia ky.

I am ready to start working towards my financial freedom through real estate, and make all my dreams come true!

Have a place you rent out, have them pay the mortgage so your in a "rent free" kind of zone but you give maintenance to the home and keep the tenant relatively happy in exchange.. yeah man sounds like the American Dream.

I'm going to reside in it but this definetely isn't a dream home.

While I do enjoy what I do I feel it is now time to go after my dreams of being a full time real estate investor.
