Hi everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself, and  express how excited I am to be part of the BP community!! My name is Karla, I live in New Orleans, and I am JUST starting in the real estate world. I honestly don't know why I was not that interested before, but BP is one of the biggest reasons why I have totally changed my mindset and I am ready to be a real estate investor, and within a couple years do this full time.

Starting in a few months with house hacking (already analyzing deals to find a great duplex that I can call my first real estate investment property), and then jump to BRRRR, flips, and wholesaling.

I have a mentor, she has been a real estate investor for a few years and she is rocking it!! I have a real estate agent and a CPA. Finding a lawyer too (I have a few options).

Anyway, I am sure I will be posting a bunch questions in the forums, specially now that I am just starting and everything real estate is "new" to me.

Just a little background: been in the hospitality industry all my life, currently working in sales in a big hotel. I am ready to start working towards my financial freedom through real estate, and make all my dreams come true!

Nice to meet everyone! I will surely reach out to all of you for advice, help, partnership, and will keep you all posted on my journey.
