I had a vacant  unit that I was so desperate to rent out to anyone hat i literally had my property manager heading over to show it to a woman that had TWO Pit Bulls, Who was having "a hard time finding a place" that occasionally smoked (I don't have smokers in any of my rentals) and was on disability.   

Im speaking with a seller who has a home in sandusky right now. the tenant is currently still in it but this woman hasnt paid in ten years!  

Joe Gore Joe: In most situations you would be correct (as many others have indicated above), but in certain jurisdictions when dealing with a {documented} domestic violence situation the obligation to protect the woman and children remaining in the home permits you deny the abuser access to the property.It's a delicate situation into which one should not wade without legal council.

@Mario BermudezYou know as I got more into real estate I got reminded of a woman that would stand at the corner of a nearby intersection everyday begging.

I reached out to one PR who was an attorney for a womans estate and as a fiduciary for the estate he would need to seek the highest and best for the property which means opening it up to brokers and the market. 

featuring a California RE investor (middle-aged single woman) who bought a new home in a nice masterplanned neighborhood.  

A while ago a woman in San Diego was fined $15K for renting out a single room on Airbnb.

Is it even possible for a Finnish woman like myself to find an international hard money lender???
