International hard money

Is it even possible for a Finnish woman like myself to find an international hard money lender??? I have built one small house 2 years ago (100 sqm, living in the house myself right now, also own the land the house is built on). Now have started to build a bigger house (200 sqm, foundations ready, electricity and water on the plot, also own the land). The plan is to finish up the house, move into it and sell the older house with some profit. Now have been looking for some financing for it, but all I find is commercial lenders (I have even made an offer that I could build 2 houses and sell the old house and one of the new ones....but no interest) and the other group of lenders are the ones who only wanna take my money (upfront fees), and never give me any loan. Just sick and tired of all of them!! So, is it even possible for me to find a lender who's ready to invest abroad?? I need the loan for a year and a half...ready to pay a good interest, as long as I would get the loan. I'm loan free right now, so all I own is really mine.
