Nicholas,Make sure that when your wife adds you to her credit card(s) she makes sure they take your social security number and date of birth. 

Hey BP fam, I want to network in person, like a in-person social gathering- remember the old days!

It makes little sense nowadays as it will all til back to your social security number and you’ll just be reporting a schedule E in the same return if you rent the place in killington at all.  

There are a variety of ways to do this like cold calling, joining social groups, direct mail, knocking on doors, etc.

Does anyone go beyond social media and pay to promote their (personal?)

I highly recommend finding a successful agent that's active on social media, study their content and determine if it resonates with you. 

Maybe dm a couple people on here to interview them more in depth on their experiences or join some local social media groups to get some opinions there as well.

Hey man, I have been trying to figure out the same thing, I am going to have an event myself that is open to the public and at the interested agents and investors that would like to have an open discussion and eat/drink and meet the local circle and become familiar with one another, rather tan always being on social media!!! 

-a copy of my social-a copy of my D.L.And mail it to their PO Box in Georgia.I sent the info right away today with priority mail, as they informed me it will take them 5 days to reach a decision and then they will reply by mail.
