If you would give Advice or a great strategy for New Agents to be successful on their first year or this 2020-2021, what would that be?

Same as every other year: treat it like a business. No one is responsible for your success but you. Don't sit at your desk waiting for buyers and sellers to walk in the door. You have to get out and network. There are a variety of ways to do this like cold calling, joining social groups, direct mail, knocking on doors, etc. They all work. Just choose a method and work on it until you are the expert.
