I'm excited to make new connections here on BP.CURRENT PROJECT:  I have a great opportunity to learn more about the industry and gain experience by helping a dear friend with a newly inherited income property. 

We have taken some action and have a direct mail campaign set up already and right now we are in the middle of launching our Bandit Sign On Wheels program but I want to make sure that we have an independent contractor agreement established for our drivers to read acknowledge and sign prior to us installing a decal on their vehicle.

Some friends and I are in the process of launching a new monthly meetup.

Like it said, I live and work in Central Ohio and I would be extremely cautious about someone telling me there were $120K newly renovated homes in a Class B neighborhood in Columbus.   

I knew I had to start my journey of "getting out of the rat-race" and I ended up purchasing a newly built home that is part of an HoA.

Queue the newly minted real estate agent, not even able to fill out a purchase contract correctly, because if they knew how to do that, they'd have failed the test!

When we inherited a house, it was "marked to market" so we got it at its newly appraised value. 

Thank You, I've read many articles on how to find a good brokerage for newly licensed agents but I'd appreciate some additional advice directly from a professional  if you have any to offer.Thanks again for your reply
