New Agent, first client questions
Hello, I will be taking my FL real estate agent exam soon, just thinking ahead, I would like to get some opinions on the pros and cons of joining a virtual brokerage, also, some opinions on the best way to handle the question " how many houses have you sold"? How much experience do you have? etc. I would definitely answer honestly but I'm not sure how to phrase my answer in a way to make them feel comfortable using me as their agent.
Thanks for your thoughts
