I won't deal with a carrier that needs to do pictures or individual policies on each home.  

It should not be too different than a 4 plex with a few basic assumptions like similar age etc.Are the units individually metered or is it all bills paid?  

Shop around a bit and you will find someone that will work for you as an individual and not charge the insurance rates.

Without us, damaged inventory would stay put a lot longer and both the individual home owner and the market as a whole would suffer for it.

Of course, the tenant would still have to fill out the individual landlord's application and give written permission for access to the reports.1.  

In Alabama, individuals can represent themselves in court. 

If the homes are all individually titled and being transferred you may also need a mobile home broker to assist with the transfer paperwork.  

I’m joining BP because after listening to a majority of the podcasts and reading a few of the books recommended by the guests on the podcasts, I realized I’m missing out on surrounding myself with individuals in the real estate community and the wide array of knowledge BP provides.

As @David Semer said, the community is such a great source from the webinars, blogs, and podcasts to every BP individual and their help.

You need to analyze each property individually, then determine if the package deal price is actually a good price.
