landlord insurance for double wides on their own land? Referals?
Hi Folks, I was happy with my current carrier, Affinity, for "manufactured" home landlord coverage. I was doing Actual Cash Value of $30k some times $40k and paying $25/mo or about $300/yr.
I think they are jumpping my insurance costs with new minimum coverage of $45/sqft for actual cash value. Which jumps ACT coverage to $54k++ which is 2x my cost into these homes including the land.
Anyrate just wanting to call a few insurers who insure whole portfolios of double wides on their own land.
I won't deal with a carrier that needs to do pictures or individual policies on each home. That's a crazy way to manage a portfolio. Affinity is great re portfolios. Email me every month with a list of addresses and cost for that month. I use their website to add a portfolio. Don't even have to talk to an agent.
