These are taxable accounts, but I've been able to offset the gains with deductions somewhat related to my RE investments, so I'm OK with that.I left what I had in my 401K account, and with my 'dabble' brokerage accounts I do keep a certain exposure to the market.

I live in southflorida and if i were to pigeonhold myself to this market, i would have much more exposure on any one property becuase the rents/and spooked investors would never cover the carrying costs on any one property.

Also, I ordered 2 car magnets that say "I BUY HOMES" and then my number right below it which havent been delivered yet so im still waiting for those. but so far no calls so im trying to get as much exposure as I can.
