X owners moves back in and says shes was on vacation.

I still have about 4 that I need to switch over so I should save a little more once I do.But I look at it as free money that just paid for my vacations going forward......No lottery ticket though if a house burns down like I would have had.

I really enjoy all that it has to offer.As you can see from my profile picture, I'm a younger guy (barely hanging onto my 20s).

The problem lies in that your assets are in another country so the ability to chase you down for money if you vacate your lease early is minimal.

I have no idea when the tenant vacated, or whether rent was still being paid, whether there is a security deposit to help cover the repairs.

Just focus on getting a good tenant in there and make sure you have a bulletproof lease in place, then sit back and collect rent and enjoy!

No loans on any of them, the loan is on a vacat lot.

And, that I enjoyed it.Fast forward many years and I now know that teaching, coaching and mentoring is my passion and purpose in life; it's flat out what I was put on this earth to do!
