Can anyone offer any advice on other strategies for getting stared in real estate with $10k-20k?

The thing that gets to me is when Slobbo start piling up his Amazon boxes right next to the boiler or furnace, or his crap blocks access to the electric service panel.Slobbo always looks like he has profoundly special needs when you point it out to him, staring back at you with less expression than a corpse's. 

Focus on education first, all sorts of great podcasts such as BP, cash flow ninja, Michael Blank, and others are free.. listen to them all.

I remember riding the bus on the coast road in Athens back in the early 2000s and staring out the window in heavy traffic down at a young guy driving a convertible.

He said he stared at computers all day - I think he's involved in Logistics or possibly helps with the drone operations there - as I'm thinking there's another center where they fly drones out of overseas but I'm not sure if the Army is involved or it's purely Airforce that does that.Anyways not sure if you'd have access to possibly a working phone number of someone in that building or an email list or something - when I've called the main number for McConnell they seemed to act as if the Army unit (and likely rightfully so) was completely doing their own thing and had no contact numbers.Everytime I call up there I get nowhere except for the one time the commanding officer happened to answer the phone.
